Made the mistake of lying down on the grass while Madeline was still excited that I had gotten home.  She managed to very aggressively lick my face before I could dodge or shove; my eye in particular.  Afterward I discovered that my contact lens was gone.

Crap.

Actually, this was Sunday.  Thanks Dave for taking us to the beach!!

No problem. That was fun, and it was good to see all of them having a blast.

I tried posting pics, but have to change my album name on PB. I did update the HDD gallery though…..

I bought a chaise lounge for the backyard, imagining restful afternoons reclining in the backyard, relaxing.  Maybe even the occasional nap.

Wrong.

13 months, 80 lbs, still won’t get down from the bed by herself.  Even with a stepping stool beneath her.
